What this is

The Roulette Assistant is a roulette simulator operated by Galya OU, for entertainment and strategy practice. It is not a gambling service. There is no real money in it, no betting, no prizes and no payouts.

Nothing in the app or on this site is advice to gamble, financial advice, or a way to win money. No betting system overcomes the house edge, and the app says so throughout.

Virtual points

The app plays with virtual points. Points have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or cashed out, and they are not a currency or a stored balance of anything. You can top your points up inside the app for free, and losing them costs you nothing.

Points exist only as a record inside the app, and we may adjust or reset them if that is needed to fix a fault.

Age

You must be 18 or older to use the app. 18+.

Accounts

An account is optional. The app works fully without one. If you do create an account, keep access to the email address it uses, because that address is how you sign in. Do not share your account, and do not sign in as someone else.

You can delete your account at any time from the account screen in the app. What deletion removes is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload or try to break the app or the service behind it.
• Do not try to reach other people's accounts or data.
• Do not copy, resell or repackage the app or its content as your own.
• Do not present the app, or anything in it, as a way to win money at real roulette.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Simulations are simulations: the figures published on this site come from computer models of a fair single zero wheel and describe those models, not any particular real table, and not your future results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Galya OU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for any decision you make about real gambling after using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time, and delete your account with it. We may suspend or end access to the account service if these terms are broken, or if we have to stop offering the service. The app itself keeps working on your device.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them and the new version is published on this page. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
